All orders are shipped within 24 hours from PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND 02908. You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as the package has shipped! If you do not receive this please check your junk folder.

US SHIPPING:

2-5 Business Days. Trackable package. Delivery times are not guaranteed and can vary considerably with this service. 

FREE for US orders over $25.00

- USPS Priority:

1 to 3 Business Days. Trackable package. Delivery times are not guaranteed  This service tends to be far more reliable than Ground Advantage.

FREE for US orders $49.99 and up!

- USPS Priority Express: 

1-3 Business Days. Trackable package with money back guarantee if the shipment is not delivered by the scheduled delivery date and time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*:

- USPS First Class International:

7- 21 business days but can vary depending on destination and customs processing. Canada is typically 7-10 days. Tracking not available for all countries.

FREE for orders over $200.

- USPS Priority Mail International:

6-10 Business Days (For 180 countries). Includes tracking for most destinations.  Arrival date not guaranteed.

- UPS Worldwide Saver International:

1-3 Business Days (For most countries). Includes tracking. Money back guarantee in some circumstances.

RETURNS

We only accept returns in the RARE circumstance where a customer has an unusual reaction to the adhesive. In this case please contact us and let us know: info@sunrisestrips.com

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. A refund will be granted once the unused portion of the strips has been returned.
